“ My friend was experiencing a medical issue and had to leave before he ate. The staff was so wonderful and supportive about situation. I am very appreciative that they didn't make it a big deal and just provided great compassion and empathy. BTW he loves it there so we will be back as soon as he is up to it. So for the 1st part of this still gets all the stars. Today however, the get bad review. We had so so service from waitress w an attitude. We overlooked that. I got a burger that was just ok. Not bad, not great. Supposed to come w a drink. Drink was from the end of that particular bag so flat and not replaced. Still, I can deal. However, soon after leaving I experienced and am still experiencing gastrointestinal issues that might be food poisoning. I called and asked to speak to the manager to just let him know and he became unhinged. Basically yelling at me that he has served that burger for 15 yrs etc and wouldn't let me say anything, in fact, yelled over me. UNHINGED. I've never had this happen before and only meant to warn him. Oh well, clearly he doesn't give a shit about his customers and will continue to sell mediocre food. However, my friend was pleased w her food. I don't need to go back after the verbal abuse and I know my dollars won't be missed. ”

The entrees were good. The brussel sprouts were just heated up out of a can. Pretty blah. Service was excellent. Lots of parking. I would definitely eat there again. ”
